The built-in Letter Generator allows you to create an unlimited number of form
letters. Any letter can be generated immediately or produced in a batch at the end of the
day. Mailing labels are optionally available for each letter. More than 80 standard report
formats are provided, as well as a powerful Report Writer, allowing you to design your own
reports. You can sort and select records and include headings, sub-headings, subtotals,
and grand totals, as well as calculated columns.
Archive
Outdated applicant information can be easily transferred to a secondary archive
database. Searches that are normally limited to the active applicant data can be extended
to include the archived data when desired.
Multi-User Network Option
The Multi-User Network option allows multiple users, each from their own computer,
to share common !Trak-It AT data bases. It is intended for companies where several
employees need simultaneous access to the applicant data. This option also requires
installation of a network such as AppleShare, NT or Novell.
Resume Scanning Option
The !Trak-It Scan Option extracts all vital information from paper resumes and
transfers it into the !Trak-It AT Applicant Tracking System. The source of the resume can
be the original paper hard copy, a fax, or a computer generated version such as e-mail.
!Trak-It Scan uses very sophisticated extraction technology to precisely locate name and
address, previous employers and dates of employment, education, and skills. Resumes do not
have to be written in any predetermined format since !Trak-It Scan works with most resume
formats. The manual data entry work is substantially reduced and many errors are
eliminated.
Web Publish Your Job Openings & Receive Applications from the Web
!Trak-It AT's Web option allows you to dynamically publish your job openings on your
web site and automatically receive resumes and job applications from the web. As job
requisitions are created, the web option allows you to specify which opening is to be
published, which category it is to be listed under, and the job description and job
requirements to be published. This option instantaneously lets everyone who visits your
site have the opportunity to check out your openings and apply for your jobs.
