When members of Recruiters
Network are posting to the Net, they can
enter information into the MegaJobSites Intelligent Posting Mechanism and a
list of all appropriate MegaJobSites, that apply to that job, will be displayed.
Individual sites can be de-selected prior to initiating posting. The person
doing the posting does not have to make any decisions. All he or she has to do
is enter the job, geographic location and any job specifics that are appropriate
and the system will take care of the selection.
Users can also take advantage
of a targeted content delivery system. This
allows them the ability to create and select targeted content to display along
with the job description.
